Advice on product substitution

Technology is constantly evolving and in such a scenario it is difficult for maintenance engineers to keep abreast with the changes. However it is critical to source and install an equivalent which matches perfectly in order to avoid the time consuming option of manufacturing the adaptor manifolds. We collate and study complete information on existing system and also furnish additional information required for system modifications. Though this may be a lengthy process, our experience proves that this invariably results in a perfect adoption of equivalent components and ultimately a minimum failure rate.


Application Engineering

Slimline has been providing this service to selected few customers. This involves designing a hydraulic circuit, preparing bill of material, preparing solenoid energisation charts, providing a system assembly drawing, preparing hydraulic system manual with maintenance schedules, complete details of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance.


Supply of custom-built manifolds

We also commission and supply Power packs up to 20 HP. Our specially engineered manifolds blocks have earned great accolades for our company. These state of the art blocks are designed with lowest pressure drops saving a substantial energy input.

These find its applications from small system to a large hydraulic installation consuming large power, further; we also provide Plug and play type manifolds in which even the pump (fixed displacement gear pump) becomes a part of manifold. These are suitable for small maintenance presses involving 1 cylinder, scissor lifts, die clamping systems and other special purpose machines.
